- Managed outsource freelancers team to create mobile IOS apps: provided guidelines, ideas for apps, led the process from app definition to Appstore submission.
- ASO – promotion and optimization of the apps in Appstore to increase rankings and traffic (among the tools used: AppAnnie, Searchman, Apptweak)
- Promotion ROI Reporting – was in charge of monitoring the profitability ASO expenses over the traffic it brought; created , managed relevant reports and reported to the Executive level.

- Built and managed the whole SEO activity; it included developing an SEO strategy from scratch; all processes: tracking, reporting, monitoring; increasing the awareness of other teams of the importance of SEO elements on the website; improving Organic Traffic conversion rate; implementing tools such as GTM, GA, Search Console and anything else required to fully manage the field and bring results: MajesticSEO, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
- Business Analytics Responsibilities – in addition to SEO, was in charge of Analytics Reporting in Marketing department: implemented Mixpanel tool for Smilebox new web app site. Was in charge of building and tracking marketing funnels used by all the teams.
- Recent project: migrating company’s site to a new one to fit the new webapp; it required changing/updating site structure hierarchy, content, urls structure, protocol change (http to https), moving from hardcoded site to wordpress and more.
